Angewomon (エンジェウーモン) is Ultimate form of Salamon. Angewomon is famous for her catfights and rivalry with her fallen counterpart, LadyDevimon.

In Joe's Battle, Angewomon gets into a catfight with her rival, LadyDevimon, who greets the chosen children atop Spiral Mountain. LadyDevimon proves to be a dominant foe, able to simultaneously overpower not only Angewomon, but also Andromon, MegaKabuterimon, Angemon, Birdramon, and Agumon. In response, Agumon tries to evolve into Wargreymon to face LadyDevimon. However, Taichi stops him, reasoning that Agumon needs to preserve his strength in preparation for the fight against Piedmon. Angewomon volunteers to stay and fight, and tells the other to leave LadyDevimon to her.
It becomes apparent that Angewomon is vastly outclassed by LadyDevimon, who treats Angewomon with mock flirtation and condescension throughout their battle. Any advantage that Angewomon might theoretically enjoy as a Holy Vaccine Digimon against Dark Virus Digimon like LadyDevimon is eclipsed by LadyDevimon's superior combat-savvy and cunning, as well as her ability to taunt and fluster Angewomon into charging at her recklessly. Angewomon is soon overwhelmed by LadyDevimon, both in the clash of their respective holy and dark powers and in hand-to-hand combat. LadyDevimon is able to gracefully sidestep or extinguish with an elegant flick of her wrist Angewomon's Holy Arrows, while Angewomon struggles to repel LadyDevimon's Darkness Wave. In melee, Angewomon's angry punches are easily countered by LadyDevimon, who dominates Angewomon with spectacular series of dropkicks, uppercuts, and haymakers.
Angewomon eventually exposes her back vulnerable to LadyDevimon while desperately trying to resist her Darkness Wave. However, instead of finishing Angewomon off, LadyDevimon decides to toy with her rival by yanking the blonde angel's hair, hoisting her up into the air, and spinning her around like a contestant in a hammer toss. Angewomon screams in pain, powerless, while LadyDevimon continues tossing her around like a rag doll, laughing. Alarmed, Kabuterimon evolves into MegaKabuterimon to save Angewomon. With a final, mighty hurl, Ladydevimon sends Angewomon barreling unstoppably through the air, but MegaKabuterimon manages to catch her mid-air. However, Angewomon angrily snaps at him for saving her, yells at him to stay out of the way, then flies back at LadyDevimon to engage her in a fierce slapping match.
Angewomon loses this catfight when LadyDevimon, who lands a brutal roundhouse kick that knocks Angewomon out of the sky and crashing into the ground, stunned. The force of LadyDevimon's kick was such that Angewomon landing creates an impact crater and sends up a giant mushroom cloud of dust. Ladydevimon prepares to finish off the helpless Angewomon with her Darkness Spear, as Angewomon stirs feebly on the ground, defenseless. However, MegaKabuterimon blocks the attack at the last moment with his hard back shell, saving Angewomon and breaking Ladydevimon's nails. However, Angewomon once again scolds MegaKabuterimon and shouts at him to get out of the way. She then blasts LadyDevimon with Heaven's Charm while she is still distracted and in pain from MegaKabuterimon's interception, defeating her.

She appears along with Angemon to save the other Digimon from Cherubimon, then they digivolve into mega form. Angemon became Seraphimon and Angewomon became Magnadramon.

In Invasion of the Daemon Corps, Angewomon gets into another hair-pulling, slapping catfight with LadyDevimon, who is now serving as one of Daemon's servants. The two engage in a brutal mid-air scrum, with LadyDevimon winning once again by twisting both of Angewomon's arms painfully against hersides. Finally admitting she can't defeat Ladydevimon on her own, Angewomon is forced to ask for Hawkmon's help to DNA-digivolve into Silphymon to face Ladydevimon again.
