Tara Sands is an American actress and voice actress. She is best known voicing Mokuba Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh! and Bulbasaur from Pokémon.
She voiced Kari Kamiya, Homeostasis who was previously voiced by Lara Jill Miller, in the English dubbed version of Digimon Adventure tri. and Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna and Biyomon in Digimon Adventure:.
