She is wife of Susumu and mother of Tai Kamiya and Kari Kamiya.
Appearance[]
Yuuko heavily resembles her daughter, Kari, possessing the same face, smile, and upbeat demeanor. She often wears her hair long and in a low ponytail. She is of average height and slender build.
Personality[]
In many ways, she is very balanced, kind, and warm. Yuuko upon learning of her children's role in protecting the world from disaster is quite supportive, having witnessed Tai and Kari's powers with her own eyes. She extends this motherly love to her children's Digimon partners, treating Agumon and Gatomon as if they were her own children. Yuuko is quite level-headed, as she understands that the world requires the protection of her children, and accepts it with minimal convincing.
History[]
Digimon Adventure[]
Though she doesn't appear in person until The Eighth Digivice, we hear her voice briefly in episode 21 when she phones the appartment.
In The Eighth Digivice, the DigiDestined make it back to Earth after using Myotismon's gate and Tai returns back to his home where he is reunited with his parents and Sister. Tai is happy to see his parents who due to the time flow of the Digimon world he feels he hasn't seen them in months but to them its simply been a short amount of time.
